Return Policy
At Cavero, we have a 14-day return policy , which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.
The cost of shipping costs for the return of the products is borne by you.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags and everything included in its original packaging. You will also need the purchase receipt or invoice.
To make a return:
1.A) If You Have an Account:
- Log in to your account.
- Locate the specific order in question.
- Click on the "Request Return" button.
- Follow the provided steps to complete your return request.
1.B) If You Don't Have an Account:
- Fill out the return request form and send it by email to info@cavero.gr , with the subject "Product Return Request".
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, such as customized products (eg special orders or personalized items).
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
14-day waiting period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your product must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the purchase receipt or invoice.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked your return package and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.
( Reminder : the cost of the transport costs will be deducted from the refund amount because it is borne by you and the balance will be returned to you).
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
